Description
Ferro Vanadium is usually produced from Vanadium sludge (or titanium bearing magnetite ore processed to produce pig iron) & available in the range V: 50 – 85%. Ferro Vanadium acts as a universal hardener, strengthener & anti-corrosive additive for steels like High strength low alloy steel, tool steel, as well as other ferrous-based products.
Ferrous vanadium is a ferroalloy used in the iron and steel industry. It is mainly composed of vanadium and iron, but also contains sulfur, phosphorus, silicon, aluminum and other impurities.

Application
Mainly used for smelting alloy steel. About 90% of the vanadium consumed in the world is used in the steel industry. Vanadium in ordinary low alloy steels mainly refines grains, increases the strength of steel and inhibits its ageing effect; in alloy structural steels, it refines grains and increases the strength and toughness of steel; in spring steel, it combines with chromium or manganese. With the use, increase the elastic limit of steel and improve its quality; In the tool steel, the main efinement of the steel structure and grain, increase the tempering stability of steel, enhance its secondary hardening, improve its wear resistance, extend The service life of the tool; vanadium also plays a beneficial role in heat-resistant steel and hydrogen-resistant steel.
Packing & Delivery
Packing: 1T/1.25T bundles, wrapped (plastic film) and fastened with steel strips on wooden pallet.
